2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To participate in any game, bet, or promotion on ck54, you must first create a verified account. Registration is open to all eligible residents of Bangladesh who meet the criteria below. One person may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of any associated funds.

Eligibility Requirements

Account Security

Accepted Payment Methods

Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 and the maximum single withdrawal is ৳200,000 per day. ck54 does not charge any processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges. All withdrawals must be paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

• Each promotion is available to one eligible registered account per player. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is considered fraud.
• Welcome bonus offers carry a standard wagering requirement (rollover) of 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion page.
• Free spins winnings may be subject to their own rollover conditions. Game contributions to wagering requirements vary — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less.

• Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors for financial gain will result in immediate account termination and reversal of all associated winnings.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Registering multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent previously applied account restrictions.

• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, structuring, or any transaction intended to conceal the origin of funds.

ck54 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial regulatory bodies. Any activity suspected to involve criminal conduct, including fraud or money laundering, will be reported to the relevant Bangladeshi and international authorities without prior notification to the account holder.

Where statutory consumer rights apply and cannot be excluded, ck54's liability is limited to the minimum extent required by law. 9. Amendments, Termination & Governing Law

Upon termination, any real-money balance in the account (net of applicable bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
